Christmas can be a difficult time for many families so taking a moment to give back to the community is always worthwhile. There are lots of ways you can be charitable at Christmas from donating toys, gifts & food items through to volunteering your time to help a worthy cause. We’d love to hear the ways that you give back at Christmas. We’d also love to give one of our Three Threes Minor Prizes to someone you feel really deserves one.

Time to organise the teacher’s present!

Our school teachers are our unsung heros and this year in particular has tested them in more ways than one! It’s time to say THANK YOU for a great year and spoil them with a Christmas gift. But what to give? That can be tricky. Often we don’t know our children’s teachers very well so getting the right gift can be hard. Do you go pretty general and give a bottle of wine, chocolates or maybe a gift voucher? Or do you try and suss them out and get something a little more specific to their tastes? We’d love to hear what ideas you’ve got for great teachers gifts and if we have any teachers out there we’d love to hear from you! What do you like to receive? What is the best teacher’s gift you’ve ever received? And what is the worst?!

Time to write your Christmas Cards!

Christmas cards are one of those things that a lot of people think about doing but often don’t get around to. Well this year we won’t let you forget because today is the day to make it happen! If you love to send cards, whether they are physical or digital cards, make some time today to write them all out. If you like to make homemade cards then hopefully you started them back in November! Otherwise there are many beautiful store-bought Christmas cards that will certainly do the trick. After such a rough 2020, the opportunity to connect with friends and family in any way will have extra special meaning this Christmas.
