Three Threes Mightymite – Win Back Your Shop Promotion 

Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

The Promoter is Three Threes Condiments Australia Pty Ltd, ABN 97 000 406 324, of 41 East Street, Lidcombe, NSW, 2141, Australia.  

2. Promotion

The promotion is known as the Three Threes Mightymite – Win Back Your Shop Promotion (“Promotion”). 

By entering the Promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. 

“Win Back Your Shop” means the winner will receive a Prezzee Smart eGift Card equal to the total value of the eligible grocery purchase shown on their winning receipt, rounded up to the next AUD $5 increment, up to a maximum value of AUD $400 (incl. GST). The prize is not a reimbursement of the purchase price and no cash payment will be made. 

3. Eligibility

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over. 

Employees, officers and immediate family members of the Promoter, its related entities and agencies directly associated with the Promotion are not eligible to enter. 

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, “immediate family” means a spouse, de facto spouse, parent, child or sibling. 

4. Promotional Period

The Promotion period is between 23rd July, 2026 and closes on 23rd November, 2026 (“Promotional Period”). 

All purchases and entries must be made during the Promotional Period. 

Entries received outside the Promotional Period will be deemed invalid. 

5. Eligible Product

The eligible product is one (1) jar of Three Threes Mightymite (“Eligible Product”). 

6. How to Enter

To enter the Promotion, an eligible entrant must, during the Promotional Period: 

1. Purchase at least one (1) jar of Three Threes Mightymite as part of a grocery transaction from an Australian retailer being either Coles Group Limited &/or Woolworths Group Limited, including online or in-store;  

1. Retain the original itemised purchase receipt showing the purchase of the Eligible Product;  

1. Visit https://www.threethrees.com.au/win-with-mightymite/;  

1. Complete the online entry form with all requested details;  

1. Upload a clear and legible copy or image of the eligible purchase receipt; and  

1. Submit the completed entry form during the Promotional Period.  

The purchase receipt must clearly show the purchase of at least one (1) Three Threes Mightymite product, the retailer, purchase date and total transaction value. 

The purchase date shown on the receipt must fall within the Promotional Period. 

7. Multiple Entries

Multiple entries are permitted, subject to the following conditions: 

• Each entry must be supported by a separate eligible purchase receipt.  

• Each eligible receipt may only be submitted once.  

• An entrant will receive a maximum of one (1) entry per eligible receipt.  

• Purchasing multiple jars of Three Threes Mightymite within the same transaction does not provide additional entries.  

• Multiple Eligible Products appearing on a single receipt will constitute one (1) entry only.  

• Each entrant is eligible to win a maximum of one (1) prize during the Promotion.  

For the avoidance of doubt, entries are awarded per eligible receipt, not per jar of Mightymite purchased. Once an entrant has been confirmed as a winner, they will not be eligible to win a further prize during the Promotion. 

8. Proof of Purchase

Entrants must retain their original itemised purchase receipt as proof of purchase. 

The Promoter reserves the right to request the original receipt or further proof of purchase from any entrant. 

Receipts that are illegible, incomplete, altered, duplicated, fraudulent or otherwise unable to be verified may be deemed invalid. 

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. 

9. Draws & Winners

Prize draws will be conducted periodically throughout the Promotional Period. 

Valid and eligible entries received during the Promotional Period will be entered into the next available prize draw following receipt of the entry. 

One (1) or more winners may be randomly selected in each prize draw, at the Promoter’s discretion, until the maximum total prize pool of AUD $2,800 (incl. GST) has been awarded or the Promotional Period ends, whichever occurs first. 

The Promoter may conduct prize draws at various times throughout the Promotional Period. The dates and frequency of the prize draws will be determined by the Promoter. 

Each prize draw will be conducted using an independent computer-generated random draw system administered online to ensure winners are selected at random. 

The first valid and eligible entry randomly selected in each prize draw will be deemed the provisional winner, subject to verification. 

Once an entrant has been confirmed as a winner, they will not be eligible to win a further prize during the Promotion. If an entry belonging to a previous winner is selected in a subsequent draw, that entry will be deemed ineligible and the draw will continue until a new valid and eligible winner is selected. 

The Promoter will notify winners using the contact details provided at the time of entry and may publish winner details where required by law. 

10. Prize

Each winner will receive a Prezzee Smart eGift Card equal to the total grocery purchase amount shown on the eligible receipt submitted with their winning entry, rounded up to the next AUD $5 increment, up to a maximum value of AUD $400 (incl. GST). 

For example, where the eligible receipt total is: 

• AUD $96.45, the winner will receive an e-voucher valued at AUD $100.00;  

• AUD $278.90, the winner will receive an e-voucher valued at AUD $280.00; or  

• AUD $525.00, the winner will receive the maximum e-voucher value of AUD $400.  

The maximum value of any individual prize is AUD $400 (incl. GST). 

The maximum total prize pool for the Promotion is AUD $2,800 (incl. GST). The actual total value of prizes awarded may be less than AUD $2,800 and will depend on the value of the eligible grocery receipts submitted with each winning entry. 

Each entrant is eligible to win a maximum of one (1) prize during the Promotion. 

The e-voucher will be issued by Prezzee and is subject to any terms, conditions, restrictions and expiry requirements imposed by the e-voucher provider. 

Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash, unless otherwise required by law.

11. Winner Verification

All winners are provisional until their eligibility, entry and proof of purchase have been verified by the Promoter. 

The Promoter may request further information or the original purchase receipt to verify a winning entry. 

If a provisional winner is found to be ineligible or their entry or receipt is invalid, the Promoter may disqualify the entrant and determine a replacement winner in accordance with the unclaimed or invalid prize draw provisions and applicable law. 

A winner will not be disqualified or replaced solely because the value of their eligible grocery receipt is higher than AUD $400. In such circumstances, the maximum prize value payable is AUD $400. 

12. Winner Notification and Announcement

Winners will be notified within two (2) business days of the prize draw using the email address and/or telephone number provided at the time of entry. 

The Promoter will make reasonable attempts to contact each provisional winner using the contact details provided. 

The names (first name, surname initial and suburb/state) of confirmed winners may be published during or after the Promotional Period on the Three Threes Condiments website at https://www.threethrees.com.au/win-with-mightymite/ and may also be announced via the official Three Threes Condiments social media channels, including:

By entering the Promotion, entrants acknowledge and agree that, if they are a winner, their first name, surname initial and/or suburb or state of residence may be published for the purpose of announcing the Promotion winners, where permitted by law. 

Entrants are responsible for ensuring that the contact details provided with their entry are accurate and up to date. 

13. Prize Delivery

Once a winner’s eligibility and proof of purchase have been verified, the “prize” being a Prezzee Smart eGift Card will be sent electronically to the email address nominated by the winner during the entry process.  

The Promoter will arrange for the prize to be issued within the timeframe required by applicable law. 

14. Unclaimed Prizes

If a prize remains unclaimed, or a provisional winner does not respond or satisfy the verification requirements within the required timeframe, the prize may be forfeited. 

If required, an unclaimed prize redraw will be conducted one (1) month after the original prize draw, using the same independent computer-generated random draw system used for the original draw. 

Any replacement winner will be notified using the contact details provided with their entry within two (2) business days of the redraw and will be published where required by applicable law. 

15. Privacy

The Promoter collects entrants’ personal information for the purposes of administering the Promotion, verifying entries, conducting the prize draws, contacting winners and awarding prizes. 

Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy available at https://www.threethrees.com.au/privacy-policy/. 

Entrants should refer to the Privacy Policy for information about how the Promoter collects, uses, stores and discloses personal information. 

16. General Conditions

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of any entry and entrant and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or engages in fraudulent or improper conduct. 

Incomplete, illegible, fraudulent, altered or incorrectly submitted entries may be deemed invalid. 

If the Promotion is interfered with or is unable to be conducted as reasonably anticipated due to circumstances beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter may modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Promotion, subject to applicable law and any required regulatory approval. 

The Promoter is not responsible for late, lost, incomplete or incorrectly submitted entries caused by technical or telecommunications issues outside the Promoter’s reasonable control. 

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies any consumer guarantee, warranty or other right that cannot lawfully be limited, excluded or modified under the Australian Consumer Law. 

The Promoter’s decisions regarding the administration of the Promotion are final, subject to applicable law. 

17. Gift Card Conditions

Prizes will be issued as a Prezzee Smart eGift Card to the value of the winner’s eligible grocery purchase shown on the winning receipt, up to a maximum of AUD $400 (incl. GST). 

The Prezzee Smart eGift Card is subject to the terms and conditions of Prezzee and the participating retailers selected by the winner. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to be bound by those terms and conditions. 

The Promoter is not responsible for any loss, theft, unauthorised use, expiry, or misuse of a Prezzee Smart eGift Card after it has been issued to the winner. 

Any unused balance, expiry dates, redemption periods or other conditions applicable to the Prezzee Smart eGift Card or any retailer gift card selected by the winner are governed by Prezzee’s terms and conditions and the applicable retailer’s gift card terms. 

The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash, except where required by law. 

If the Prezzee Smart eGift Card becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with a gift card of equal value, subject to applicable laws. 

Competition Privacy Policy
