- 1 thick cut rye loaf
- 8 slices corned beef
- 8 slices Swiss cheese
- ¼ cup Thousand Island dressing
- 4 tablespoons sauerkraut
- ½ jar 333’s Spreadable Sandwich Pickles
- 100 grams melted butter
Line 4 slices of rye on the bench and assemble as follows. Thousand Island dressing, slice of corned beef, sandwich pickles, slice of Swiss cheese, sauerkraut, slice of Swiss cheese, sandwich pickles, slice of corned beef and top with a slice of rye with additional Thousand Island dressing. Butter both outsides of rye and sandwich press for 5 minutes or until golden brown and serve.
