- ½ jar 333’s Australian pickled onions, cut lengthways
- 1 packet mixed heirloom tomatoes, cut lengthways
- 1 Continental cucumber, shaved and sliced
- 4 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup fresh washed mixed herbs (basil, oregano, parsley, mint)
- Salt and cracked pepper to taste
In a large bowl gently toss together pickled onions, tomatoes, cucumber and salt and pepper. Arrange on a serving platter as desired topping with basil and drizzling in olive oil to serve.
